Details: This course offers active participation and training in learning the fundamental Bal-A-Vis-X principles, rhythms, patterns, procedures and the first 135 or so exercises. In includes basic modifications for the very young, seniors, and those with physical challenges. Includes eye-tracking assessment and remediation.

Scheduled over a weekend, a Friday evening, all day Saturday, and shorter day on Sunday, or, a new concept, doing one day a month for two or three months, which gives attendees time to process and integrate the exercises in smaller chunks, which helps people retain the exercises better.
